• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days

• Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total value of your order. Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Information

To help ensure timely delivery:

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

• Include a valid mobile phone number so the courier can contact you if necessary.

• Moon Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Moon Gadgets ships only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not currently offer international shipping.
