Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Software or digital products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

• Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Moon Gadgets will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
